You’ll find it such a natural form of exercise yet many nevertheless fight back the need to have their legs moving and take a walk. A 30 minute walk can give such gains including heart conditioning and stress relief and while experts agree 3-4 walks of 30 minutes in duration is positive, when you’ve reached an excellent fitness level you should think about increasing this to at least five walks.
Swimming

For people who like a little additional variety why not mix walking and swimming as part of your weekly exercise schedule. As an example, get in three 30 minute walks a week and then swim twice a week. Or reverse it by swimming 3 instances a week and walking twice. Greater still, mix them up on a regular basis.

Stretching exercises are excellent. Yoga and Pilates are wonderful options to perform at home. An exercise bike workout mixed with a few stretching exercises should not be underestimated. Here is a routine worth taking a look at when you achieve an acceptable fitness level. You should not attempt this until you check with your doctor.
1. Perform a 10 minute stretching ritual stretching leg, chest and your arm muscles.
2. Do a 10 minutes go on the exercise bike averaging around 10-12mph.
3. Sit-ups… 25 at a time and try and do four sets…or give it your best.
4. Finish with push-ups. Do a set of 10 rapidly followed by 30 seconds on the exercise bike at it’s the most resistant level you can handle. Repeat this four times and take at least 30 seconds to one minute break during sets.
5. Do this workout at least twice a week.
