<p>5. Do this workout at least twice a week.</p>
<p>This routine is geared to a more superior level of fitness but is great for &#8220;blowing out the cobwebs.&#8221;</p>
<p>Remember, constantly check with your doctor to ascertain your level of fitness before beginning any exercise. Fitness aids our health and well-being and not only tunes our bodies but also sharpens the mind. </p>
